The role requires an individual who is commercially astute and able to strategically lead this site.

• Experienced in leading change and managing high growth
• technically strong and will happily ensure they understand the detail
• experienced within manufacturing / FMCG and has previously overseen a production facility
• excellent leadership and communication skills to be able to lead a large finance function as well as creating strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
