With over 20 years’ experience in recruitment advisory services, I have built a career spanning international markets across Australia, Asia, Europe, and the east coast of the US. This global exposure has enabled me to develop a deep and diverse senior and executive-level network, underpinned by the belief that geography should never be a barrier to finding the right talent or opportunity.
As Country Manager for Gi Group Holdings in Ireland, I lead the strategic direction, operational performance, and growth of the Group across multiple specialist brands, including Marks Sattin, Grafton Recruitment, and Gi Recruitment. My role is focused on driving sustainable business performance, strengthening market presence nationwide, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality recruitment and talent advisory solutions across Ireland.
Drawing on experience gained across multiple brands and sectors, I take a consultative and hands-on approach to both client partnerships and leadership. By developing high-performing teams and fostering long-term relationships built on trust, transparency, and insight, we deliver world-class recruitment solutions across financial services, professional services, technology, and beyond.
