I joined Marks Sattin in July 2013 as a Senior Consultant and progressed within the business to be a Manager in the Reading office. In April 2021, I chose to take on the role of Talent Manager for our offices across the UK and Ireland. This means I now get to focus on recruiting for the business I am the most passionate about.

My previous experience as a consultant, added with years of being a member of the Marks Sattin team, means I have first-hand experience of the business culture, what it is like to join, progress and be a part of the business.
