Location: Galway
Duration: 9 months contract (Maternity Cover)
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 Euro
My client, a global manufacturer of safety products, are currently looking to hire an Account Manager, based in Galway. The ideal candidate will work in a team of 13, be very project orientated, be able to multi task, build rapport with clients and ensure the smooth transitioning of a product from initiation to completion stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Track order progress all the way from initiation to completion stage (Enters order on system - Monitor the order - Release it to customer)
- Liaise with team and other departments to ensure product gets shipped on time
- Create physical paperwork for Shipment with couriers
- Liaise with freight carriers and couriers to book shipments and obtain freight quotes for customers
- Demonstrate strong leadership and managerial skills
- Communicate clear and concisely with clients.
- Proactively solve any issues/complaints that may arise in a timely and cost effective manner.
About you
- 3+ years experience in similar role
- Come from a manufacturing background preferable
- SAP or any ERP/CRM system experience
