Start your job searchAre you an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator looking to take a step up in your career? Or maybe you're looking to develop your skills on a more technical level?
I'm working with rapidly expanding business based on the outskirts of Leeds that are on the lookout for an experienced accounts payable clerk to join their growing team.
Where you fit in…
You'll be joining a developing fast paced business within a role that offers flexibility in your approach and method of working:
Role:
- Process supplier invoices and subcontractor payment notices
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to raise and resolve any queries
- Complete supplier statement reconciliations and accurately maintain the creditors ledger
- Identifying opportunities to improve procedures
- Covering other accounting functions / roles when required
What you need?
You'll need to have a proven track record of working in a high volume purchase ledger environment and proven excel skills up to immediate level. You will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to engage with key stakeholders. The ability to use your own initiative and attention to detail is a must, while having a hardworking, proactive and positive approach.
