Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: London (4 days office-based, Friday WFH)
Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm
Salary: £35,000-£40,000
Contract: Ongoing Temporary Contract

A fast-paced and creative London-based media company is looking for an immediately available Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance team on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a high-volume role suited to someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable working to tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
• Matching, batching, and coding invoices
• Managing supplier queries and resolving discrepancies
• Assisting with payment runs
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Supporting month-end processes
• Maintaining accurate records within the finance system

Requirements

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Essential: Microsoft Dynamics experience
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good Excel skills
• Strong communication skills and proactive approach
