With 20 years at Marks Sattin, I lead the Commerce & Industry division across London and the South East, with overall responsibility for a number of high-performing specialist teams. Together, we deliver tailored talent solutions across finance, change, and legal disciplines, supporting clients through periods of growth, transformation, and strategic development.

Over the course of my career, I have built and maintained long-standing relationships with a diverse and evolving client base, partnering with organisations ranging from high-growth and private equity-backed businesses, to large listed corporates. I take a consultative approach, working closely with senior stakeholders to understand their objectives and provide access to high-calibre professionals who can deliver tangible impact.

My experience spans both permanent and interim markets, with a particular focus on identifying individuals who can drive performance, lead change, and add value in complex, fast-paced environments.

Outside of work, I’m a proud father of two sons and enjoy spending time with friends, whether that’s over good food, a round of golf, or watching football. I’m also a loyal Arsenal fan, demonstrating a level of patience and optimism that carries over into other areas of life!
