A fast growing technology company based in Central London is currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their team.

As part of their finance team, you will be responsible for:

  • Reconciling bank and credit accounts and VAT totals.
  • Regularly producing and posting invoices and checking them against purchase orders.
  • Processing sales invoices, receipts and refunds.
  • Dealing with customers and customer accounts on a daily basis.
  • Oversee and reconcile revenue.
  • Oversee and carry out general maintenance within the Accounts Receivable function.
  • Help the Financial Controller with any ad hoc tasks if and when required.

Suitable candidates for the role will have good understanding and experience in the Sales Ledger, with strong IT skills and adaptability. Candidates must have experience in dealing with high volumes of invoices and reconciliation of accounts alongside strong communication skills to regularly speak with a range of clients or companies. Experience in Sage 50 is preferred.
