Assistant Director of PPP Advisory
We are seeking an established Corporate Finance Professional with specific experience in Public Private Partnerships (PPP) advisory and finance. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact advisory mandates across infrastructure, energy, social assets, and public-private partnerships (PPPs). You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you can develop, lead transactions, and help shape the future of essential public services. You will be an ambitious, motivated, and dynamic finance professional with a background in a commercial environment and strong experience in client and transaction management in a financial context.
The Role:
As an Assistant Director, you will play a key leadership role across a diverse range of corporate finance engagements. You'll work with public and private sector clients on projects involving:
- Large-scale PPP transactions
- Economic and social infrastructure (transport, energy, utilities, social housing, education, healthcare)
- Capital structuring, valuations, financial modelling, and complex commercial analysis
- M&A and capital advisory support across essential service sectors
You'll manage client relationships, oversee delivery teams, and contribute to the continued growth of our advisory offering.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading client engagements across corporate finance, PPP, and infrastructure advisory
- Delivering actionable, high-quality commercial analysis supported by robust financial models
- Managing project timelines, documentation, stakeholders, and deal processes
- Training and supporting junior team members
- Building relationships with institutional investors, lenders, and public bodies
- Providing clear, practical advice on financing structures, valuation, risk allocation, and project delivery
Criteria:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, infrastructure finance, PPP advisory, and transaction services
- Strong experience advising or financing projects across Infrastructure, Energy, Housing, Education, Healthcare or Public Sector.
- Experience on PPP or large-scale infrastructure projects is essential
- Strong financial modelling and commercial analysis capability
- Ability to manage multiple complex work streams simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing junior colleagues
- A collaborative mindset with strong client-relationship skills
