The business boutique property has gone through an exceptional period of growth and seeks the talents of a high calibre ACA looking play a vital role in the success of the expansion plans.

The business has achieved enormous success in UK/European Real Estate market and is now looking to hire a competent individual in a hybrid role workign closely with the CFO and Investment Director.

Primarily assisting the CFO on all finance related aspects of new transactions and ongoing reporting and performance measurement of existing investments, the successful candidate will be expected to assist the investment and asset management teams with financial analysis and excel modelling. This opportunity provides a large degree of autonomy and responsibility given the small team size and the steep learning curve in which the Analyst will be exposed to all sides of real estate private equity, allowing them to learn across the value chain.

  • Assist in the co-ordination of offshore SPV structures of investments managed by third-party corporate administrators and directors;
  • Assist in managing outsourced accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, rent collection, service charges and insurance;
  • Assist with existing banking relationships including quarterly compliance reporting and cashflow monitoring;
  • Assist with new acquisitions and disposals including tax structuring, funds flow, SPV set-up, financial modelling, reviewing documentation and completion accounts;
  • Maintaining, updating and flexing existing financial models for current investments;
  • Building financial models for new investments;
  • Financial analysis support for investment and asset management teams.

Key skills required:

  • Qualified ACA with significant exposure to real estate and/or private equity;
  • Experience in transaction services;
  • Strong modelling and numerical ability;
  • Self-starter and self-motivated team player;
  • Ability to prioritise competing tasks in fast-paced transaction-led environment with various stakeholders (investors, banks, professional advisors);
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail;
  • Fluency in MS office, especially Excel
