I'm currently working with an industry leading global business based in Leeds City Centre that are on the lookout for a technically knowledgeable accounts administrator.
Where you fit in?
You'll be joining a developing fast pace business within a role that offers flexibility in your approach and method of working.
Role:
- Supporting the Ebilling team to upload invoices and manage information to clients
- Responsible for ensuring agreed rates are applied
- Responsible for annual rate review changes
- Be the point of contact for all rate queries
- Maintaining client and matter level data relating to agreed terms and billing arrangements
- Maintain a central database of agreed client terms
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders both in finance and the wider business
- Be involved in ad hoc projects to support the wider finance when required
What you need…
You'll need to be the kind of person who has excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to build effective relationships. The capability to use your initiative and attention to detail is a must while having a hardworking, proactive and positive approach. The ideal candidate will be an experience and confident user of Excel and other Microsoft Office packages with the ability to manage a dynamic workload in a fast paced environment.
