Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with a PE-Backed Professional Services business, searching for a CFO who will work closely alongside the CEO to develop and implement an effective ongoing strategy to double the EBITDA over the next few years.

As CFO, you will work closely with the CEO to drive growth, strengthen financial performance, and enhance the profitability of existing service lines. You'll oversee all finance and accounting operations, ensuring strong financial governance while delivering data-driven insights to support informed decision-making and long-term value creation.

This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially astute CFO who thrives on driving transformation and delivering measurable impact in a high growth environment.

The ideal candidate for this role:

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA).
• Previous experience of working as a number one in a PE Backed business, preferably in professional services.
• Highly analytical, commercially astute, and technically strong with attention to detail
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to operate at pace and drive change.
