CFO - PE Backed - Restaurant Group
London
The details
This vacancy has now expired.
Start your job searchA reputable PE house have recently acquired a restaurant business and now require a CFO to professionalise the business and implement their ambitious growth plans. As CFO, you will be required to streamline the finance function, lead a successful M&A strategy, and significantly improving financial systems, controls and KPIs. An exit is projected to take place within the next five years so the demands will be high. Experience in similar circumstances is highly desirable.
You will have to bring significant CFO experience and the ambition to prove yourself in a challenging environment as this is a crucial board-level role to develop a business, with the support of prominent and well resourced backers. You will need to be robust in order to challenge fellow board members and achieve growth targets.
In this fast paced environment, the CFO must be prepared to take on a broad range of responsibilities from long term strategic direction to hands-on refinement of processes, as well as strong commercial skills when liaising with PE investors on the buy and build strategy.
We are only able to consider qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA, ACMA), and while experience of working in a highly leveraged environment is not essential, it is preferable.
Please note due to a high volume of applications, only successful candidates will be contacted with further information.
