Marks Sattin Executive Search has an exciting opportunity for a CFO to join a PE Backed Tech Enabled B2B business. The company seeks an enthusiastic CFO to join their fast-growing business.

As CFO, you will work closely with the CEO and the senior management team by contributing to their ambitious plans for further significant growth by leading the finance function focusing on adding operational and financial value, preparing performance analysis, overseeing the financial processes, managing relationships with the PE house, and improving company systems.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PE Backed CFO to join a company going through rapid growth by taking a strong lead and identifying ways to help the business grow organically.

The ideal candidate:

  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or ACMA)
  • Experience of being a CFO or FD in a business within the Tech Enabled, B2B services or related sectors.
  • Able to work with the executive team, the board, and the PE firm to drive the strategic direction of the business, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Prior experience of working as a CFO/FD within a PE-backed business would be beneficial but not essential
  • A Step-up candidate looking to make a first move into a PE-Backed business will also be seriously considered
  • A high level of motivation, a "can do" attitude and a willingness to be involved at all levels.

Please note that due to the high volume of applicants only successful candidates will be contacted with further information about this role.
