We are excited to be working with a revolutionary and innovative law firm in the charity and social enterprise space looking to hire a Charity and Social Enterprise Associate/Senior Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for a 3 years + PQE Charity and Social Enterprise Lawyer to join a market leader in this field. As part of the role you will be advising charities and social enterprises on a range of charity, corporate and commercial legal issues that they face. The role is hybrid working and based in their London Office.

The roles and responsibilities of the role include:

  • Advising clients on a variety of legal issues including but not limited to; establishment, mergers, de-mergers, restructuring and commercial contracts
  • Being aware of changes in the industry and able to identity opportunities for business development
  • Providing excellent support and legal advice to clients to build long term client relationships
  • Leading the day-to-day running of matters and supervising more junior lawyers ensuring their work is completed to an acceptable standard

The successful candidate is:

  • A 3+ years PQE Charity and Social Enterprise Lawyer with experience in working on Charity, Corporate and Commercial matters
  • Passionate about having a positive impact with their work
  • Experienced in servicing clients within the Charity and Social Enterprise space and leading on matters with minimal assistance or supervision
  • Excited by business development opportunities and experienced in growing their own practice through this
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team. They are also experienced at managing junior lawyers and delegating work

In order to be put forward for this role, you must be able to demonstrate a real passion for positive impact work and have worked on Charity, Corporate and Commercial work.
