A global software solutions company specialising in applications for the insurance sector is looking for a Client Services Director for an initial 6 month contract.
The main remit of the role will be to engage with customers throughout the sales, implementation, and training and post-implementation support cycle to ensure that all expectations are met and that the company is giving the best possible service.
Whilst the company has offices in London, the role will require extensive travel around EMEA with at least 75% of the time to be spent in Eastern Europe.
Experience Required
- Knowledge of the insurance software sector
- Ideally a background gained within a professional services environment
- Portfolio management and resource management experience
- Experience of working with customers across the entire Software Development Lifecycle
- Previous experience of working as a Senior Programme Manager / Director within a transformational change environment
- Good interpersonal skills and international experience
- Customer facing skills, adept at stakeholder management
- Flexibility to travel extensively across EMEA
