Start your job searchMarks Sattin are recruiting for a top calibre Commercial Finance Analyst to join their clients thriving finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual studying towards a relevant professional qualification. You will join a high performing and friendly team, within a company that will prioritise your development and career.
Duties will include:
- Creation of sales and operational reports that are then interpreted for finance and non-finance stakeholders to drive decision making across the business
- Drive relationships with key stakeholders across the company
- Become a key part of the FP&A and commercial team
- Modelling and using commercial analysis putting together strategic plans
- The development of new reports whilst refining the current set of reports
- KPI reporting across a number of business units
- Become a key player in them budgeting and forecasting process including modelling, creation of reporting packs and commercial analysis
- The extraction and manipulation of data to benefit the business as a whole
- Work alongside the management accounting team to streamline and improve the management accounting process and the commercial information it delivers
The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Experience of working in a finance role is essential, within a commercial finance team is desirable
- Advanced Excel skills, e.g. Pivots and V-Lookups
- Strong experience of performance analysis
- Good knowledge of financial systems
- Demonstrates a 'can-do' attitude
