Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be a strong and very influential member of the team with the responsibilities for commercial analysis, budgeting, forecasts and monthly financial performance reporting. Other duties will include:
- Preparation of Management Information; Produce accurate and insightful reporting packs and ad hoc analysis.
- Prepare 12 month rolling forecasts, including detailed sales forecasts.
- Maintain project profitability analysis, working closely with account managers and monitoring on a real time basis to identify those projects that require renegotiation with the customer.
- Provide commercial support to account management teams on costing models and customer term and conditions.
- Develop KPIs for all businesses within the group.
- Providing insightful and accurate reports to the board of Directors and Senior Management as and when required.
- You will also be expected to be flexible and assist in other financial and company administration areas, as and when required.
You will need to be able to demonstrate the following qualifications and experience:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Finalist/Fully Qualified
- Able to challenge current methods and actively looking at ways to do things more efficiently
- An ability to build good relationships with and communicate financial information to non-financial colleagues
- Resilient and ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Excellent at time management and organisational skills with the ability to push themselves and others to work to fixed deadlines
- Strong Excel skills
- Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
