As a member of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries, you will Responsible for company secretarial and compliance function including compliance with the highest standards across the Group which includes companies incorporated in various jurisdictions. Liaising with licensed Management company and ensure coordination with the Mauritius Regulatory bodies as appropriate. UK company law requires one of many qualifications including membership of Chartered Institute of Secretaries.

Applicants would ideally be long-standing members of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries or should otherwise be able to demonstrate solid senior level experience of company secretarial duties.
