The Role: Compliance Analyst

The Client: Alternative Asset Manager

The Location: London City Centre

A great opportunity to join a collaborative team, reporting directly into the AD of Compliance. Broad position working across not just the BAU but regulatory change projects.

The Role:

  • Undertake testing in line with the Compliance Monitoring Programme
  • Assist in the development of policies and the establishment of reviews of procedures and policies
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as ACD, custodians, fund boards and committees
  • Review financial promotions and marketing material in line with regulatory responsibilities, supporting on regulatory change projects

Prior Experience:

  • 2- 4 years within the compliance function of an AIFM
  • Strong experience with AIFMD regulations
  • Understanding of MIFID II and SMCR is an advantage
  • Strong communication both verbally and written
