The Role: Compliance Analyst
The Client: Alternative Asset Manager
The Location: London City Centre
A great opportunity to join a collaborative team, reporting directly into the AD of Compliance. Broad position working across not just the BAU but regulatory change projects.
The Role:
- Undertake testing in line with the Compliance Monitoring Programme
- Assist in the development of policies and the establishment of reviews of procedures and policies
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as ACD, custodians, fund boards and committees
- Review financial promotions and marketing material in line with regulatory responsibilities, supporting on regulatory change projects
Prior Experience:
- 2- 4 years within the compliance function of an AIFM
- Strong experience with AIFMD regulations
- Understanding of MIFID II and SMCR is an advantage
- Strong communication both verbally and written
