Start your job searchWe are working exclusively with a debt AIFM headquartered in London that are looking for a mid-level Compliance Officer to join their Luxembourg office.
The position itself will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work directly with the senior management team and heads of department to ensure that the office is fully compliant with CSSF regulation whilst also giving this individual exposure to UK & FCA regulations.
Example of responsibilities to expect:
- Leading the Luxembourg Compliance monitoring program (CMP)
- Keeping abreast of regulatory changes
- Updating and drafting new policies and procedures
- Day to day running of compliance programme
The company is a leading debt firm who are in a growth phase and in the process of launching a number of new funds.
The family-office environment allows you to become an integral part of the business and they have a proven track record of nurturing staff development.
The ideal candidate will have 3- 5 years' experience with the majority of those being within the alternative asset management space with a sole focus on compliance.
Candidates will have the ability to work in both an operational and advisory manner.
