Corporate Associate (5+ years PQE)

London

£120,000- £140,000

We are thrilled to be working with an internationally renowned Law Firm who are looking to add an impressive Corporate Associate to their growing Corporate Team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for you to work at a Tier 1 UK ranked Law Firm and one that prides themselves on being a collaborative and employee first firm. They are not your "standard private practice firm" and truly boast an open and inclusive culture.

This is a hybrid working role with the working hours being 9.30am-5.30pm.

Within the role, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Advising and managing international corporate transactions, primarily high profile international private and public M & A. You will also be given the opportunity to work on venture capital, private equity and equity capital markets transactions.
  • Working closely with clients to ensure they receive the legal advice relevant to their industry.
  • Assisting and communicating with lawyers from other offices, specifically in relation to cross-border transactions.
  • Ensuring you are up to date with all the current legislation related to your clients and ensuring training on any changes are provided to any junior members of your team.
  • Managing junior members working on your transactions to ensure that deadlines are met, and the work produced is up to the firm's standards.

Please apply if you are the following:

  • A 5+ years PQE England and Wales Qualified Lawyer
  • Experienced in leading and managing corporate transactions
  • Able to delegate and possess experience supervising junior lawyers
  • Hungry to work for a truly international firm

International and cross border experience would be a plus but is not essential.

We are also open to receiving applications from foreign qualified and in-house candidates who demonstrate the corporate transactional experience required.

This role is perfect for a Corporate Transactional Lawyer looking to challenge themselves in a truly immersive and collaborative environment, where they can grow and have their ideas heard! If you fit the bill, please apply today!
