Start your job searchThe role will involve delivery of quality corporate finance services to an extensive client base and working on a pro-active basis with clients to bring them added value and business development advice.
- Provide support and assistance to Partner/Managers in the management and delivery of a comprehensive range of business and corporate finance services to clients, including corporate sale and acquisition, raising of finance, deal structuring, shareholder agreements and MBO's and corporate restructurings.
- Liaise directly with clients and other advisors in a professional manner while undertaking assignments.
- Adhere to proven methodology, approach and technical requirements in undertaking work on each assignment.
- Preparation of projections and financial models.
- Preparation of business plans, information memoranda and other specialised reports for clients.
- Act in a business advisory role with clients, grow general and specialist market knowledge and generate new business for the Firm.
- Collaborate with other specialist departments (Tax, Audit, HR, etc.) in the delivery of service to clients.
- Occasional involvement in supporting other departments in the provision of services across audit, accounting, forensic and insolvency.
Key Competencies
- Candidate will be a qualified accountant
- Be highly organised and actively contribute to the team, ensure the quality of the work is above reproach and risk is minimised with client, work is at a high level of completion before review by manager/partner and delivery to clients
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
- High level of experience and expertise of MS Excel.
- Ability to work to specific business deadlines.
- Ability to effectively project manage a number of assignments simultaneously.
- Flexibility is an important part of the role.
