We are excited to be working with a trailblazing law firm that prides itself on being an innovator with an inclusive workplace culture. The client has advised us that they are looking for an ambitious and exceptional Corporate Senior Associate to join their dynamic corporate team. The role will be hybrid working based in Bristol.

As part of the role, you will be working and collaborating with industry experts and your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Cultivate robust relationships with clients and internal teams, deciphering business goals to provide strategic advice across corporate transactions
  • Develop expertise in guiding clients through the formulation of group development processes, playbooks, and toolkits
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the client solutions team, tailoring technology solutions in sync with clients' business strategies
  • Be the linchpin in fostering enduring client relationships, seamlessly integrating with their internal teams
  • Craft tailor made acquisition and disposal programs, orchestrating restructurings, and immersing in broader corporate related work

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Corporate experience with a proven track record in M&A and strategic investments
  • Exceptional communication and rapport-building skills
  • An inquisitive nature about business operations, complemented by the ability to understand the commercial context of clients' businesses
  • The ability to work autonomously, coupled with the support and supervision from senior colleagues

You will also be a 4-5 years PQE England and Wales Qualified Lawyer who qualified within private practice.
