The details
Management Accountant, Barnwood, 3-4 month contract, £45K
Interim opportunity to join a Barnwood based organisation for a commercially astute finance professional.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing monthly management accounts, including financial and commercial performance analysis
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Work with Cash, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to manage invoicing and cash processes
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and review revenue and cost data for accuracy and completeness
Review invoices and ensure the P&L and balance sheet is accurate
Post month-end journals and accruals to support a timely close process
Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation
Support audits, internal controls and ad hoc analysis and projects as required
Ideally a Part Qualified Accountant (or with equivalent experience), you will have experience of assisting with management accounts and be a great team player who enjoys building strong working relationships.
With good Excel skills and comfortable with picking up new systems, you will be proactive, keen to learn and able to think on your feet within a fast paced environment.
