We're currently partnering with a well-established firm looking for a Tax Assistant Manager to join their growing team. The Role:
As a Tax Advisory Manager, you'll look at overseeing the preparation of complex corporate tax computations, managing the tax compliance process, and providing strategic advice on tax issues to clients. There will also be an opportunity to work on M&A transactions and get involved with wide-ranging tax advisory assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients
- Deliver strategic tax advice, helping businesses navigate complex tax regulations.
- Lead the preparation of complex corporation tax computations, ensuring accuracy and timely filing.
- Review and oversee tax computations prepared .
- Conduct research on tax rules and apply to client scenarios.
- Participate in client meetings.
- Contribute to the training and development of junior staff.
- Ensure deadlines are met and support project completion.
Skills:
- Strong Corporate Tax experience.
- Experience maintaining & building client relationships
- ACA/ACCA/CTA Qualified or working towards
- Minimum 3 years of experience
