Where you fit will fit…

You'll be joining a developing fast paced business within a role that offers flexibility to your approach and method of working:

Responsibilities for the role but not limited:

  • Resolve historical back log of debit notes; bringing debt ledger up to date.
  • Improve existing processes and reporting
  • Set up new customers and advise on credit applications and analysis risks through credit checks
  • Processing invoices in a timely manner
  • Working with internal stakeholders to maximize debt recovery
  • Preparing and issuing recommended standard legal action letters
  • Dealing with internal queries about payments
  • Negotiate customers/clients repayment plans

What you need?

You will need to be the kind of person that has a good attitude to proactively chase debt and have a hardy personality to be successful. This is an ideal role for someone that prides themselves on resilience and good negotiations skills in challenging situations. An excellent working knowledge and experience dealing with debt management and credit control is a must.
