Start your job searchMarks Sattin are currently working with a Harrogate based Charity to assist with the recruitment of a Data Analyst. You will join the Digital team and be the go-to person for Data related business queries or issues.
You will be responsible for an end to end review of the current CRM system and its database to understand if it is fit for purpose and will enable the business to deliver on its strategic objectives. This role will see you take responsibility for the development and management of the CRM system, other related databases and for the integration of external data from a number of sources.
Responsibilities;
- Quality & integrity of data.
- Collection, maintenance & analysis of data.
- Seeking out the most effective and efficient ways of recording, organising and implementing data.
- Plan and implement a CRM strategy.
- Lead on data sections, data segmentation and marketing analysis.
- Provide staff training on all relevant aspects of CRM functions.
Skills;
- Experience of maintaining and administering a CRM database.
- Proven and well developed CRM skills.
- Experience of designing and implementing data related business processes.
- Database cleaning, de-duplicating and data import & export experience.
- Experience of monitoring database performance through SQL server.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
