Customer Service Representative - Maternity Cover

My client, a global manufacturer of safety products, are currently looking to hire a capable Customer Service Representative for their company, based in Galway. The ideal candidate will provide support to customers for all products and services offered by the client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound and outbound communication of both a commercial and technical nature
  • Responding to problems or inquiries and dealing with them in an effective manner
  • Handle pre-Sales and after-Sales activities as well as looking after export side of the business
  • Responsible for obtaining all relevant information needed for order entry as soon as possible, targeting on enabling prompt and correct order entry
  • Liaise with clients to book shipments and obtain freight quotes for customers
  • Identifying process issues and gaps and ways to improve delivery & overall customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with established guidelines and recommend changes to guidelines for department when necessary
  • Other ad-hoc roles as and when requested to do so by senior manager

About you

  • 3-5 years experience in similar role
  • Proven experience working on inbound and outbound calls
  • Experience managing projects
