Responsibilities

Financial Modelling - including project appraisals, sensitivity analysis, investor funding / returns - ROI / IRR etc.
Preparation / ensuring of accurate budgets, forecasts, cashflows for all development projects
Accurate cost tracking; variance analysis and reconciliations
Analysis for board meetings / quarterly investor meetings
Dealing with bank / loan drawdowns process & queries

Requirements

Property Development / Investment sector background
Excellent financial modelling skillset - particularly in a property development / investment capacity
Strong Excel / spreadsheet skillset
Qualified accountant (or near qualified)
Traditional accounting skillset ideal but modelling takes precedence
Experience working across multiple sites / EMEA nice but not required
MRI system experience nice to have but not required
