Global brand is looking for a Digital Business Analyst for an initial 6 month contract based at its prestigious offices in Wokingham.
The main remit of the role will be to partner with Marketing Managers across the business to capture, document and prioritise digital requirements for the migration of the its exiting website to a new digital platform.
Responsibilities
- Provides technical expertise in reviewing digital project assets and benchmarking timescales for delivery
- Reviews and documents business requirements in a way that effectively captures the business needs and conveys understanding to technical staff.
- Understands integration points with other applications, processes, vendors and functional areas
- Anticipates and resolves issues/barriers that may impede progress and escalates appropriately
- Enforces Methodology ensuring quality and consistency of team deliverables
- Effectively supervises IT Vendor output and quality, constantly ensuring that J&J is getting business values for their investments.
Skills and Experience
- Proven business analysis skills and adept at capturing requirements and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- An in-depth knowledge of technologies related to Digital Marketing (B2C, B2B, B2B2C), Traditional Web sites (Drupal-CMS, PHP, Java/HTML, Flash), Search Engine Optimization & Social Media, integration / web services and e-commerce.
- Experienced in web application development project using Agile.
- Enthusiastic with strong project management and Drupal implementation skills and objective oriented focus.
- Knowledge of technologies related to Customer Relationship Management (Oracle CRM on Demand & Salesforce.com), Mobile Processes, Email Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Project Life Cycle Methodology. PMP Certification is an asset
- Effectively use MS Share Point, Project, Visio, Power Point for communication and managing resources
- Understanding of tools and strategies required for web analytics such as Google analytics.
