Marks Sattin are delighted to be working with a market-leading company synonymous with the Epsom area. This internationally-renowned brand is constantly striving to achieve new feats of excellence, whilst maintaining its core values that it has upheld brilliantly in its 75+ year history. In particular within its technology function, where they are constantly looking to update their front and back-end development, most recently by migrating to a cloud-based ERP.

We are aiding their recruitment process for a Digital Marketing Communications position to join this brand on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate is someone who has been involved in creating effective emails and campaigns on a CRM system, preferably Salesforce, and an associated e-marketing system. Just as importantly, they are looking to bring on a candidate who shares their values for upholding their heritage and who are forward thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Creating content for emails and the distribution lists.
  • Developing the use of the CRM system, operating closely with the IT Team, to supply data on members which allows them to be targeted effectively.
  • Providing insights on interests and behaviour of members, using the CRM system, to notify the company's communications and marketing.
  • Analysing the company's website use and user journeys to advise appropriate recommendations which help to optimise the structure and content.
  • Help with fault fixing and changes by liaising with the company's website agency.
  • Liaising with other employees in your team to produce new or updated content yourself.

Ideal Candidate

  • Capable in using e-marketing systems, preferably Marketing Cloud, and strong experience in using a Salesforce CRM system.
  • Experience in using common website CMS, as well as website development and optimisation.
  • Extensive involvement in producing effective emails and campaigns designed to target and captivate people with the relevant interests and documented behaviour, including producing the content.
  • Experience in utilising social media for a company/business.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software (InDesign) is preferable.
