In a high profile Finance Business Partner position, you will be responsible for the provision of a high quality financial planning & analysis and business partnering service to various business units; in terms of periodic analysis of the financials, business performance, providing recommendations and challenging where necessary, taking the lead in R&D Innovation projects. You will have a number of internal customer groups, so the ability to influence inside and outside of finance is essential, as is the ability to focus on results.
