We are expanding our London, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Reading, Surrey and Dublin offices where all relevant training and development will be provided to our experienced hires who are not familiar with the financial market.
Responsibilities:
- Developing an expert knowledge of the specific industry sector
- New business development through a variety of BD techniques
- Identifying and following business leads and opportunities
- Managing existing candidate and client relationships
- Proactive candidate sourcing through headhunting and networking
- Interviewing market leading professionals
- Writing and placing recruitment adverts for vacancies.
