Start your job searchWe are seeking an exceptionally well rounded and commercially focused Finance Director for a PE backed multi-site leisure business in central London. This is an operational finance role, with the aim that the individual will become a decision maker in the business alongside the CEO.
The role will have significant day to day to involvement in all aspects of the operational and strategic direction of the company. Main responsibilities will include: managing the company's accounting function, managing accounts and budgets, producing KPI's and analysis, reporting, and ensuring regulatory requirement are met.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA), preferably chartered, experience in a small multi-site leisure business as a Finance Director, or a Financial Controller looking for a step up would be preferred. First and foremost has a first rate technical accounting skill set and will take ownership of the numbers. As well be proactive and entrepreneurial with exceptional interpersonal skills, and be a skilled communicator.
