Recruitment business is looking for a top calibre FD to drive business strategy alongside the traditional roles of a FD. The highly experience management team have a strong plan for organic growth, and require a robust FD who can join the board and partner with them to reach their objectives.

As FD you will be capable of handling a broad remit across finance and accounts over multiple brands and revenue streams. You will be in charge of managing a finance team, be across all budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting and have the experience and ability to reshape the team and systems in place. The nature of the industry requires someone comfortable working closely with the operations of a people-based industry.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a focused group in a lively environment, working closely with the business and have a real impact overall. In order to be considered you must hold an accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), be able to demonstrate experience of strategic partnership at the board level within a recruitment business and ideally have experience working in a multinational environment and/or multisite group including managing relationships with HQ (this could be at a divisional or subsidiary level).
