Marks Sattin currently working with a growing Harrogate business within the property sector for the role of Finance Administrator.

The role of Finance Administrator will support the Finance function, by maintaining accurate and up-to-date purchase and sales records of designated sites. Due to increased work for the business, this is a newly created role and will lead to great future career prospects within the business.

Our client will pay up to £27,000 and can also offer hybrid working and AAT study support, should candidates wish to study. They are a very friendly office and can accommodate flexible hours (core hours 10 - 4PM on a 35 hour working week).

Experience would be beneficial, but they're open to candidates who are early in their career and keen to learn!

Responsibilities of the role will include:

• Processing purchase invoices and ensuring accurate coding and approvals

• Managing the finance inbox and resolving supplier queries

• Assisting with payment runs and sending supplier remittances

• Reviewing and maintaining supplier bank details for data accuracy

• Supporting office operations, including ordering supplies and managing post

• Helping organise team socials and providing ad hoc admin support across the department

✨ What we're looking for

• Experience in a finance or administrative position

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

• Confident user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)

• Great communicator with excellent organisational skills

• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in

• Experience with finance or accounting software is a bonus
