The details

We're partnering with a well-established international organisation to recruit a Finance Analyst into a high-performing commercial finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified or recently qualified finance professional looking to develop their career in a business-facing role with genuine progression opportunities.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll provide meaningful financial insight, support strategic decision-making and play a key role in improving business performance across a complex international operation.

The Role

As Finance Analyst, you'll combine strong analytical capability with commercial awareness to deliver high-quality reporting and financial analysis. You'll support budgeting and forecasting, investigate performance trends and help stakeholders understand the drivers behind business results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing month-end reporting and performance analysis
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles
  • Delivering variance analysis and identifying key commercial insights
  • Translating financial data into meaningful recommendations for non-finance stakeholders
  • Supporting continuous improvement across reporting processes and financial analysis
  • Building strong relationships across multiple business functions
  • Responding to ad hoc reporting and analytical requests

About You

We're looking for an ambitious finance professional who enjoys partnering with the wider business and turning data into actionable insight.

You'll ideally have:

  • Part-qualified or newly qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
  • Experience within management reporting, budgeting, forecasting or financial analysis
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to influence non-finance stakeholders
  • A proactive, organised approach with excellent attention to detail
  • A genuine interest in developing a career within commercial finance

Exposure to Power BI, AI-enabled reporting tools or automation would be advantageous but isn't essential.

What's on Offer

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a successful international business that genuinely invests in its people. You'll benefit from:

  • Competitive salary
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Hybrid and flexible working
  • Clear career development opportunities
  • Exposure to senior commercial stakeholders
  • A collaborative, supportive finance team

If you're looking for a commercially focused Finance Analyst position where you can influence decision-making, develop your business partnering skills and accelerate your career, we'd love to hear from you.
