Systems & Data Project Manager

Contract | Leeds Hybrid | £400/day (Umbrella)

We're seeking an experienced Systems & Data Project Manager to join a busy transformation programme and deliver a portfolio of business-critical projects.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a range of technology and change initiatives, working closely with both operational and senior stakeholders to drive successful outcomes across the organisation.

Key Projects

You will be responsible for delivering a varied portfolio of projects, including:

• Major data and information management initiatives
• Large-scale supplier transition and managed service change programmes
• Business systems implementation and transformation projects
• Process improvement and wider business change activities

About You

We're particularly interested in candidates from healthcare, social care, public sector, charity, housing or wider not-for-profit environments, who can bridge the gap between technology and business change.

You'll be a confident and proactive Project Manager with experience delivering complex projects from initiation through to implementation.

Essential Experience

• Successful delivery of data-focused projects and transformation initiatives
• Systems implementations, upgrades or platform replacement programmes
• Managing third-party suppliers and vendor-led deliveries
• Strong stakeholder management skills across operational teams and senior leadership
• Experience working within structured project governance environments
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies and competing priorities
• Comfortable operating in changing environments and driving delivery through ambiguity

Desirable Experience

• Experience working across both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Background within healthcare, social care, public sector or not-for-profit organisations
• Exposure to enterprise systems, business applications and data improvement programmes
