An international consumer good company based in London are current recruiting for a Finance Analyst to start with them on a 3 month contract. This company have ambitious growth plans, without compromising the vision of providing exceptional client service, independent advice and strategic expertise. They are looking for a candidate with experience in cost control, payroll and knowledge of HR. An ideal candidate would have prior experience in using SAP and exposure to the detail industry.
Responsibilities:
▪ Conduct HR financial reporting including: payroll, headcount, T&E, temporary team member vendor-spend, and cost centre reporting
▪ Support budget process by liaising and coordinating with key stakeholders across the business to consolidate global benefit information as well as HR expense information to enter into budget files
▪ Monitor and analyse any gaps between forecast and real situation and, working together with internal functions to identify the reasons and propose necessary adjustments
▪ Provide ad-hoc finance support on key HR initiatives to ensure financial implications are adequately considered
▪ Propose and implement processes that enable us to more effectively control payroll costs
▪ Run monthly and quarterly bonus calculations, partnering with the Finance team
▪ Calculate monthly bonus accruals
▪ Support the Payroll & HR Analytics Manager with any other activities and initiatives required to ensure we are able to effectively partner with the business around Cost Control.
Desired skills & experience:
▪ Experience in HR Finance and ideally within the Retail/Consumer Goods/Beauty/Luxury
▪ Strong education in Finance & Accounting
▪ Excellent Excel skills
▪ Experience working with SAP
