Finance & Accounting Graduate, Hereford, £25K, 6 month fixed term contract

We are seeking a Finance & Accounting Graduate to join the UK headquarters of a large, US owned company based in Hereford.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for finance and accounting, looking to start their career and gain invaluable hands-on experience, Working closely with senior professionals, the role will include
Accounts Receivable/Payable: allocating incoming payments to customer accounts, process supplier invoices, maintain accurate records of customer transaction and complete reconciliations.
Perform day to day financial transactions using JDE ERP system.
Support in preparation for monthly close off and manage payment runs.

What are are looking for
A recent graduate with a Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proficient in Excel, knowledge of accounting software is a plus
A working knowledge of computer translation software such as Google translate
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive and team-oriented individual with a willingness to learn and develop
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
