Start your job searchThis is an excellent opportunity to join a leading Pharmaceutical business in a Finance Assistant role. You will be an integral part of the transactional side of Finance, working in a team of 6. The temporary role will initially be for 3 months, with scope to then potentially be kept on further.
The main duties of the role are:
- Bank reconciliations
- Sales ledger and credit control
- Processing customer remittances and credit notes
- Assist with the monthly and year-end closure
- Support customer relationship for UK and Spain
- Administration of customer remittances and credit notes (UK and Spain)
- Preparing customer account statements
- Aged Debt analysis and credit control
- Sales report and analysis
- Completing weekly and monthly bank reconciliations for multi-currency bank accounts
- Investigating anomalies and resolving mismatches
- Preparing bank reconciliation journals for posting by Finance Manager
