A real estate firm based in central London are looking to add an Accounts Assistant to their small finance function.

Reporting into the Financial Controller you will be responsible for the following:

• Performing Bookkeeping
• Maintain purchase ledger for a group of companies
• Multiple Bank Reconciliations
• Assist with Payment run preparation
• Preparing rent invoices on SAGE
• Credit control - chasing tenants for payments
• Assisting with Audit
• Assisting with Vat returns
• Assisting with month end duties
• Ad hoc tasks as required such as coordinating of board and shareholder meetings taking minutes,
• Other general admin duties
• Maintain corporate books of each companies house up to date

Candidates will ideally be AAT qualified or studying towards ACCA or CIMA.

Sage experience is essential
