My client is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis, working full-time (8:30AM - 5:00PM) in office. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented, proactive professional. The successful candidate will be integral in supporting the finance operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all areas.
Responsibilities:
- Posting of financial transactions.
- Analyst and process any purchase invoices.
- Reconciliation of company credit cards + petty cash.
- Credit control assistance.
- Manage correspondence with customers and suppliers via telephone and email.
- Process the bimonthly statement runs.
- Assist with setting up new supplier/customer accounts.
- Handle any account queries via telephone.
- Assist with any adhoc/tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong IT and systems literacy skills (Microsoft Excel)
- High attention to detail
- Previous experience within a finance role/background
