A Financial Services company based in Central London is currently looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join their fast paced team.

As part of the Accounts Payable team, you will be responsible for:

  • Matching, batching and coding invoices.
  • Raising and making bank payments.
  • Executing regular credit and bank reconciliations.
  • Executing regular accounts receivable and credit control duties.
  • Assisting with month end and year end processes.
  • Assisting with regular reporting duties.
  • Assisting with ad hoc duties if and when required.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a minimum of 12 months experience in a finance role, who is looking for their next career step into a more rounded Finance Assistant position. Ideally you will have previous experience working in accounts payable or receivable and will be studying or looking to study an accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA). Strong Excel skills are essential.
