FTSE listed real estate firm who are both a supportive and challenging employer are looking for a newly-qualified ACA to join as a Finance Business Partner to one of their leading teams.

FTSE-listed real estate business in a period of high-growth due to winning a number of high profile projects and cultivating relationships with joint venture partners. This business are excellent at providing opportunities for development and growth whether within the division you join or elsewhere within the company, allowing you to get exposure to all areas of decision-making and support. Duties:
Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering and supporting your division you will:
- Support your partnered team by providing financial information and insight
- Oversee, coordinate and challenge financial activities of your partner ensuring they are in line with the company's activities
- Work with managers in the team to agree project spend
- Monitor cost and programme timeline of projects
- Ensure understanding of the project costs and assumptions behind them
- Assist with quarterly reforecasting
- Liaise with internal teams to provide input for external reporting and announcements
