Reporting into the senior leadership team, the Finance Business Partner will be responsible for challenging operational and financial performance through analysis, proposals, KPIs and general improvements.
The business are ideally looking for an individual to positively challenge Senior Leaders with strong commercial acumen, on budgets and business activities to enable the best business outcomes are delivered.
Responsibilities
- Monthly management accounts
- Review of new product launches
- Report on daily and weekly sales and expenses with insight
- Improvement of performance with financial support
- Improvement of process control
- Ownership of the business Capex process
- Annual budgets and quarterly forecasting
- Support in project appraisal for R&D and other ad-hoc requests
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) ideally with a minimum of 1-2 years PQE
- Experience of driving value through business partnering
- Experience with ERP systems & data analytics
