Marks Sattin are delighted to be recruiting for a highly skilled and motivated Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic finance team on a 12 month FTC in Manchester. You will play a key role in commercial decisions, risk and contract management.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to produce and consolidate budgets, 5-year strategic plans, and reforecasting processes into the strategic plan
- Conduct thorough reviews of cashflow models and development/acquisition appraisals. Challenge assumptions and provide strong financial assurance to drive sound financial decisions.
- Oversee the financial aspects of contracts and agreements.
- Negotiate contract terms to secure favourable financial outcomes
- Act as the primary finance contact, offering valuable financial insight and support to the business and stakeholders.
- Assist with funding applications and manage ongoing fund facilities.
- Analyse and predict year-end valuation movements through an in-depth understanding of the portfolio.
About you:
- ACA/ACCA/ACMA qualified accountant
- Experience in a similar, fast-paced commercial role
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a changeable environment, with exposure to senior management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates will be required to travel to South Yorkshire 1 day a week.
