Finance Business Partner | Manchester | Up to £45ph | Immediate Start

Marks Sattin are delighted to be working with a multinational business based in Manchester to recruit for a dynamic and experienced Finance Business Partner. This role involves the analysis and monitoring of divisional and functional costs, acting as an interface with relevant functions, and supporting and advising the business on overhead financial matters.

Responsibilities

  • Support decision-making on overhead costs by providing insights and transparency on spend, capitalisation, and FTEs.
  • Lead, coordinate, and present financial results to various business partners, including actual performance, outlook, budget, and risks and opportunities.
  • Monitor upcoming and ongoing global service projects.
  • Lead outlook and budget planning cycle processes.
  • Prepare and analyse overhead costs consolidation for the Group.
  • Prepare and analyse the cost allocation process from global functions to the divisions.

About you

  • ACA/ACCA/ACMA qualified Accountant.
  • Proven experience in a similar international roles with exposure to senior management.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively to explain financial concepts to non-finance people.
  • Solid organisational, planning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and general computer skills, particularly with accounting systems (SAP preferred) and reporting.
