This is a retained search assignment for one of the world's leading private equity funds. The role reports into the COO and is responsible for all fund finance and operations globally.

The firm has an AUM of circa €10BN and has built a formidable reputation across different sectors within the private equity world. This role oversees all of them with a team of 8 in London.

In terms of the role, it is a high profile position encompassing a range of responsibilities all of which are expected to be carried out with a commercial perspective in mind. Financial reporting (across Lux, US and UK), Treasury (there is a seperate treasury team), Structuring, Operations, IT and process improvement/implementation, and TPA management (to some extent) all fall under this role. It is a rare opportunity to join at the top of one of the leading private equity firms.

We are looking for candidates with a background within either private equity or private debt; candidates will be considered if they have focussed on either liquid and/or illiquid products. What is essential, is ambition, experience and gravitas; we're pitching the position for those above 8 years PQE but every application will be considered in its own right. Most likely is someone between 10 and 15 years PQE.

If this is of interest and you would like a confidential discussion then please do not hesitate to get in touch by applying. The official job spec can then be supplied.
